I chose the name Essential Chi Flow because Essential Oils are the core tools of my practice and they help shift energy quickly. Chi, which means Energy, is all around us and flows within us. Flow is allowing your energy to be in constant movement. The lack of energy flow can cause depression, illness, and disease. Free flowing energy is living to your highest potential.
